New Scholarships Counter Economic Downturn

In response to the current economic climate, the University of Central Oklahoma is offering $20,000 in total cash scholarships. The individual scholarships will be $100-$500 each and will be offered as need-based scholarships to assist our students in continuing their pursuit to graduation.

The Broncho Stimulus Scholarship will be available for current UCO students to put toward their educational expenses in fall 2009. This is a one-time cash scholarship made possible by the generosity of the Class of 1929 Scholarship Endowment.

For more information or to apply for the Broncho Stimulus Scholarship, visit the UCO Foundation.

Tuition Waivers Still Available for Spring '09

Still have a Spring tuition bill? Can’t enroll in summer school or fall?

The College of Liberal Arts has funds available in the form of waivers to help students pay tuition for the Spring 2009 semester.

These waivers can be used for tuition only, not books, housing fees or other expenses.

To apply for the tuition waivers, students should bring a transcript (unofficial is fine) to the Dean's Office in the Liberal Arts building and ask for the tuition waiver application.
