UCO Department of History and Geography

Congratulations to Justin Castro (MA, 2008) for receiving the Oklahoma Historical Society's award for Outstanding Masters degree thesis on Oklahoma History for 2008. Mr. Castro is currently working on his Ph.D. at OU and will receive his reward at the historical society's annual meeting in Bartlesville on April 24, 2009.

Fall 2009 Tuition Fee Waiver applications are due by 5:00 pm on 23 April 2009. Contact Dr. Plaks if you have any questions. Also check out the College of Liberal Arts web site for other scholarship opportunities!
