The ScissorTALE Review is an online journal seeking quality poetry, short fiction, and flash fiction. We accept submissions from all STUDENTS currently attending a college or university in the Great Plains area. We consider the Great Plains area to consist of the following states: Colorado, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming.
